Welcome to LendRight Mortgage! My name is Rodney Rex, the owner and principal lending manager. I won’t bore you with facts about my 17-year history in this business. I simply pledge the following:

I have gone to great effort to build a local, Utah mortgage brokerage that gives you the tools and opportunity to make the best possible decision about the largest debt you’ll probably ever have. We are set up with the 12 best wholesale lenders in the country. We will shop them to find you the lowest possible rate and fees and present you with that quote. We get paid the same by every lender, so we have no incentive other than to help you get the best possible deal for your exact scenario.
  2. Respect & Professionalism: You will be treated with respect and professionalism. We will do everything in our power to make sure getting a purchase or refinance loan with LendRight Mortgage is the most smooth and painless mortgage experience you’ve ever had. If we fail to deliver, I want to know about it. Call or email me directly. I take full responsibility for everything we do. If we have failed to deliver, I will take whatever steps are required to make sure we improve.
To sum it all up: our number one priority is people. We put people first, and that starts with you—our client. As an independent Draper Utah mortgage lender, we work for you, not a bank. We work hard for you eight hours a day, five days a week. We’re here for you, Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm. When we leave the office, we try to leave work there so we can give our undivided time and attention to our family, friends, neighbors, and communities; as well as enjoying all the great state of Utah to offers to all of us who are lucky enough to call Utah home. Rod grew up on a cattle ranch outside of Randolph–the coldest place in Utah. At the age of nine his family moved a few miles to the north-west, to Laketown, Utah–on the south end of turquoise-blue Bear Lake. He came to love the beautiful people and country of Brazil during a two-year mission there for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Rod attended Utah State University, graduating with a degree in marketing. He enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing in Utah’s great outdoor playground. He's been helping his fellow Utahns find the lowest rate and fees on their mortgage for 17 years.
